New Grad III

The New Grad HI project is a part of a big residential complex meeting the highest aesthetic and functional requirements.

The site is situated at the heart of St. Petersburg Russia near the Neva embankment.

The project consists of housing and office spaces: three nine-storey and two two-storey buildings with verdant yards and a parking hall for 125 vehicles.

Each flat includes a large glazed balcony. The maritime theme of the higher blocks with the slightly curved façades to the West and the terraced balconies to the North reflect the vicinity of the Baltic Sea.
